Came in today looking for a possible new pair of sunglasses. I was greeted right away and the store was clean and organized. Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything in a style I’d love. Prices were on the higher end of course, but if you’re lucky you may catch a decent sale. While a loss for me today the service and such was great.

I don’t usually fill out reviews, but a gentleman who helped me today at the store deserved the recognition. Alex, from the Glendale Arrowhead mall is a salesman that went over and beyond the call of duty. I was a fearful buyer who hasn’t purchased Oakley’s since the last 10 years and was apprehensive In choosing a style that would fit my Pickleball sport. Oakley has so much to offer, it’s often overwhelming to an unseasoned customer. That’s when Alex came in and showed me the different styles and designs that would work with my sport. He was so patient, I spent over two hours, trying to find the right look and style. He showed me all the advantages and disadvantages and eventually, I found one that suited my taste. Alex, is a very knowledgeable, but yet honest and patient with his customers, understanding that it’s a large purchase, it sometimes takes time to find the right style.
